  • Payment Information: All financial transactions are processed directly by our payment gateway partner, Stripe. Your full credit or debit card numbers, CVC codes, and banking details are transmitted directly to Stripe via end-to-end encryption and are never stored on or accessible by our servers.
  • Technical Site Logs: Standard web server access logs (IP address, browser user-agent, timestamps) for security protection and bot filtering.

Ephemeral chat messages and presences are handled in high-speed server memory to relay text between live visitors with zero database strain on your host server.

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you logged into your My Account subscriber dashboard and maintain your shopping cart items during checkout. We do not use intrusive third-party cross-site tracking cookies.

6. Data Retention & UK GDPR Rights

Under UK GDPR and applicable data protection regulations, you retain complete control over your data:
