Contact World of Chat

Need to reach the human side of the chat room?

Use this page for general questions, technical problems, account issues, moderation reports, or anything that needs more than shouting into the room and hoping someone sensible is awake.
If you are reporting something from the chat room, include the username, room name, rough time, and what happened. Screenshots help. Dramatic foghorn energy, less so.

Contact pages are usually where personality goes to die. This one is trying not to wear a grey cardigan and ask you to submit a ticket to nowhere.

The easiest way to reach World of Chat is by email. If the message is about a user or room problem, include enough detail for it to be looked into without needing a psychic and three follow-up emails.

What to include

Help me find the problem without sending me on a treasure hunt

01
Room issue
Include the room name, username, rough time, and what happened. β€œSomeone was weird” may be true, but it is not a case file.
02
Technical problem
Mention your phone, browser, operating system, and what broke. Bonus points if you know whether it happens on Wi-Fi and mobile data.
03
Account help
Use the email connected to your account where possible. Do not send passwords, private codes, or anything that would make a scammer clap.

Quick answers

The tiny FAQ before the email gets dramatic

Can I report behaviour from the chat room?
Yes. Send the room, username, rough time, and what happened. Screenshots help if you have them.
Can I ask for account help?
Yes, but do not send your password or private login details. That way madness and inbox regret live.
Is email better than phone?
Usually, yes. Email leaves the details in one place and avoids the classic β€œwhat was that username again?” dance.
Can I just join the chat instead?
Yes. If you are not trying to report or fix something, the main room is probably where you meant to go.

If it is urgent inside the room, use the room tools first

Email is useful, but live problems are usually best handled through moderation, reporting, blocking, or leaving the conversation before it gets any more ridiculous.
