There’s no limit on how many people can chat at once on any plan. Plans differ by how many messages they include each month. Billing is monthly, and you can change plan or cancel from your account.

Boosts: let your members help pay.
Members can buy a Boost for £1, which adds 1,000 messages to your room’s allowance. It means a busy room doesn’t come straight out of your pocket, and the person who boosted gets a thank-you on the banner.
Billing questions
When am I charged?
Every 30 days from the day you sign up. Join on the 14th and you’re next billed on the 14th of the following month.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Yes, any time, from the Subscriptions tab in My Account. No contract and no cancellation fee. If you get stuck, email worldofchat@hotmail.co.uk and we’ll sort it.
How do I pay?
By debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express), processed securely by Stripe.
Will it slow my site down?
No. The chat bar is all that loads with your pages, and chat runs on our server, not your WordPress database.

Start on Pro. If your room starts running out of messages, move up or let members top it up with Boosts.
